- Usage: My image may be used in promotional materials, advertisements, websites, social media platforms, and other related media formats without further notification or compensation.

- Editing & Modifications: I consent to the editing, alteration, or modification of my image as needed for use within the campaign, provided that such modifications do not misrepresent or defame me.
- Release of Liability: I release and discharge World PI Week and its representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use of my image.
- Withdrawal: I understand that once my image is published, it may not be possible to fully remove it from all media platforms, even if I request its withdrawal.
Please be aware, in some instances, we may be required to make edits to ensure the content is fit-for-purpose. For example, we may take creative license to translate your words into shorter, punchy headlines for our campaign. The sentiment will remain true. This is further detailed in the permissions documentation provided.
